Dan promoted to Chief Operating Officer
We are pleased to announce that Dan Kendrick has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
This means that Dan is in charge of all non-medical aspects of the business, and will report to Managing Director Carey Bloomer.
Carey is now working four days a week, allowing her to spend more time with her family – some much-deserved respite after being on call seven days a week for the last 13 years!
As Carey said: “This is the perfect time to give Dan more responsibility so we can fully maximise his excellent set of skills. He is efficient, on the ball, highly professional and popular with both staff and residents.
“Dan has proved that he is more than capable in running the operations side of the Home, and I have no doubt he’ll do a fantastic job.
“I am much looking forward to spending just a little bit more time with my family, especially in the knowledge that the Home is in the best possible hands of Tracie and Dan in my absence.”
