Shropshire Partners in Care is a not for profit organisation representing over 240 independent Nursing, Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care companies in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin with responsibility for providing a wide range of care services and support for those most in need.
Shropshire Dementia Action Alliance is made up of organisations that operate across the county and are working together to create dementia friendly communities to improve the lives of people living with dementia and their carers.
The Alzheimer’s Society provides practical and emotional support to people with dementia, carers, relatives and friends of people with dementia. Dementia Support Workers are able to offer home visits county-wide. The Alzheimer’s Society also runs groups across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
